Prohibited Uses: Using DomainROC domains or VPS hosting for phishing, malware distribution, C2 servers, SPAM, DDoS attacks, copyright/trademark infringement, or any activity violating Hong Kong SAR or international laws is strictly prohibited.
Report Types: Phishing, malware, spam, intellectual property infringement, illegal content, and impersonation.
Evidence Required: Provide domain/IP, problematic URL, screenshots, server logs, or ownership verification documents.
Handling Process & SLA
Response Window: Reports receive initial review within 12 hours. Verified malicious activity results in domain/server suspension within 24 hours.
Fair Review: All reports are verified against evidence, registry policies, upstream rules, and applicable laws to safeguard network integrity and rights.
