Domain Search, Now Accessible to AI Agents

AI assistants should be able to do more than describe a domain search. DomainRoc's open-source MCP experiment lets compatible clients call a real availability checker and view a USDT registration price preview.

From a request to a real result

A narrow, read-only path: an MCP-compatible client calls an adapter to DomainRoc's existing public search API. The user still makes any purchasing decision on the official website.

Verified MCP protocol call

The Python MCP SDK client launched the local server, discovered check_domain and called the public DomainRoc search API on 2026-10-11 at 00:58 UTC. These are historical test observations, not live inventory or guaranteed prices.

Availability and USDT quotes can change. Reconfirm them during official checkout.

Verified: stdio transport, tool discovery and calls with the official MCP SDK. Support for local MCP varies by AI client; we do not claim native compatibility with every assistant.

Open source. Reproducible. Bounded.

The repository includes the Python server, a runnable stdio client demo, mocked automated tests and English/Chinese documentation. No DomainRoc account or registrar credentials required.

Search access—not transaction access

This preview only exposes check_domain. It cannot register domains, create orders, access balances, move USDT, or edit DNS records. Ambiguous, restricted and failed results remain unknown.

Block AI or Build With It?

Abuse prevention and responsible AI integration are not opposites. We believe user-initiated, verifiable capabilities are a better starting point than either indiscriminate automation or blanket exclusion.
