DomainROC Terms of Service

Namepopo Technology Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR, operates the DomainROC brand and domainroc.com. DomainROC is the service brand and does not replace the legal operating entity.

By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using DomainROC domain, VPS, proxy, DNS, wallet, payment, or support services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Domain availability, registration, renewal, transfer, premium pricing, eligibility, and reserved-name rules ultimately depend on the relevant registry and upstream registrar. Live checkout information takes precedence over historical display prices.

VPS and cloud resources depend on third-party infrastructure. Region, inventory, images, IPs, network characteristics, delivery, and add-ons depend on the live product and provider capability.

Residential and datacenter proxy services depend on third-party proxy networks. Traffic, locations, protocols, sessions, IP inventory, and provider-account state can vary by active plan and upstream conditions.

Users must maintain a valid contact email and protect passwords, TOTP secrets, API keys, SSH private keys, proxy passwords, and other credentials. Activity under an account is normally treated as authorized by the account holder.

Initial VPS root credentials may be available for a limited time or one-time viewing. Users should promptly rotate passwords, configure SSH keys, firewall rules, and system updates. DomainROC does not store users' SSH private keys.

The official checkout page controls the payment asset, network, exact amount, receiving address, expiry, and order state. Never pay a wallet address supplied through chat, an unofficial page, or a third party.

Wrong-network transfers, mismatched amounts, late payments, or uncertain blockchain states may require manual reconciliation. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by the platform.

Successfully registered domains are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable because registry operations are immediate and typically irreversible. Confirm spelling, extension, term, and price before ordering.

Failed registration or undeliverable orders are handled according to the order state and refund policy. VPS, proxy, and add-on refunds depend on the product terms, resource consumption, AUP, and upstream restrictions.

Users are responsible for tracking domain and server expiry dates. Reminder messages are a convenience and non-delivery does not remove the user's renewal responsibility.

Registry/registrar rules govern domain expiry, redemption, deletion, and transfer locks. Users must maintain independent backups of VPS data unless a specific backup service has been purchased.

DomainROC services may not be used for phishing, fraud, malware, C2 infrastructure, spam, DDoS/CC attacks, unauthorized scanning, infringement, abusive proxying, bypassing lawful access controls, or other illegal activity.

Abuse reports may be sent to [email protected]. Verified abuse may result in DNS restrictions, resource suspension, blocked operations, or account termination in accordance with law and provider requirements.

We use reasonable commercial efforts to operate the platform but do not guarantee that any registry, IP, network route, public blockchain, cloud provider, proxy network, or third-party API will remain uninterrupted.

Third-party incidents, maintenance, force majeure, user configuration errors, and AUP violations are handled according to the actual responsibility boundary and applicable law.

Violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, fraud risk, or a valid legal requirement can result in order rejection, resource suspension, or account termination.

Deleted resources may be unrecoverable. Domains remain subject to registry lifecycle, transfer-lock, dispute, and expiry rules after account changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Where legally permitted, disputes should first be raised through support or written notice, then handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong SAR or a mutually agreed arbitration process.
