Account and contact data such as email, account identifiers, security settings, language, and necessary contact details.

Order and resource data such as domains, VPS, proxies, DNS, nameservers, instances, IP addresses, plans, expiry dates, orders, and billing state.

Payment and ledger data such as USDT network, exact order amount, transaction hash, blockchain confirmation, wallet balance, reserved balance, and refunds.

Security and operational data such as login IP, User-Agent, audit logs, risk results, support tickets, abuse reports, and necessary diagnostics.

We use data to create and secure accounts, process domain/VPS/proxy orders, confirm payments, deliver resources, manage renewals and transfers, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, and meet applicable legal and provider requirements.

Paying with USDT does not make the service completely anonymous. Blockchain transactions are publicly traceable, and registries, registrars, cloud providers, or proxy networks may require necessary records.

When required to deliver a service, necessary data may be shared with domain registries/registrars, cloud providers, proxy networks, payment gateways, email providers, DNS/security providers, and other vendors directly involved in delivery.

We do not operate a business model based on selling personal data. Disclosure is limited to delivery, security, dispute handling, legal duties, or explicit user authorization.

Domain registration may require registrant/contact data. WHOIS privacy or proxy services can reduce public exposure but do not remove underlying registry, registrar, or legal record requirements.

Special TLDs may require additional eligibility, organizational, or identity material when the relevant registry process requires it.

VPS providers hold delivery information such as instance, IP, region, image, network, and resource state. DomainROC does not store users' SSH private keys.

Proxy providers maintain upstream accounts, traffic quota, and usage data needed to operate the service. DomainROC synchronizes necessary provider state into the customer dashboard.

We retain necessary records for order fulfillment, accounting, disputes, security, anti-abuse, and legal requirements, then delete, anonymize, or archive them when appropriate.

Controls include access separation, password hashing, secret management, audit logs, and restricted administration, but no internet or third-party infrastructure can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Where applicable law allows, you can request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information through support or the official contact address. Data required for domain lifecycle, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Necessary cookies, local storage, or similar technology can retain login state, language, referral attribution, and security preferences. Legacy compatibility keys may remain after the brand migration so existing sessions and preferences continue to work.

The service is intended for adults with legal capacity or lawful entities. We do not design the service to intentionally collect children's personal information.
