USDT Payment Guide
Learn how to avoid network, amount, timeout, and exchange-withdrawal mistakes when paying domain orders with USDT.
Use the required network
Always follow the network shown on the order page. If an order requires TRC20-USDT, do not send ERC20, BEP20, or another network unless the order page explicitly supports it.
Pay the exact amount
The received amount must match the order amount. Overpayment or underpayment may require manual review and can delay registration.
Watch the payment window
Orders have a payment deadline. If the deadline expires, create a new order instead of paying an old address.
Paying from an exchange
Confirm that the exchange supports the required network and includes withdrawal fees separately. The exchange fee should not reduce the amount received by DomainROC.
If payment fails
Prepare the order number, domain, payment network, TxID, and a clear screenshot before contacting support.
