Proxy Service Rules

These rules apply to DomainROC residential and datacenter proxy services. By purchasing proxy traffic, you agree to use it only for lawful, permitted, and authorized network activity.
Traffic and availability
Traffic plans are metered by actual bandwidth usage. Unused pay-as-you-go traffic remains available until consumed, except where a transaction is refunded or reversed, service is terminated for a serious violation, or a different written agreement applies. The dashboard shows the currently enforced upstream allowance and usage, and discrepancies are reconciled.
Permitted use
Permitted uses include public-web research, SEO and market verification, authorized data collection, quality testing, regional content checks, business automation, and other lawful activity. Destination-site rules, intellectual-property requirements, privacy law, and applicable law still apply.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unauthorized account or system access, bypassing security controls, malicious scanning or attacks, malware, spam, fraud, credential theft, payment abuse, privacy violations, harassment, unlawful content distribution, or activity that harms third parties, the proxy network, or the platform.
Account and credential security
Proxy usernames, passwords, and endpoints are for your account. Do not publicly resell, share, or expose credentials. Allowlist fixed server IPs when practical and rotate the proxy password if exposure is suspected.
Metering and quota
The upstream proxy network meters traffic and enforces quota. DomainROC manages orders, wallet transactions, quota visibility, and controls. If local and upstream records temporarily differ, the account enters reconciliation rather than risking duplicate charges or duplicate quota changes.
Suspension and termination
DomainROC may suspend proxy access to investigate security risk, abuse reports, abnormal traffic, rule violations, or legal requirements. Suspension does not silently alter purchased traffic or wallet balance; refunds and quota changes require explicit order and upstream-state verification.
Refunds
Traffic already consumed is not automatically refundable. When a refund is eligible, the system first verifies upstream usage and changes upstream quota; only after confirmation is the amount returned to the shared DomainROC wallet. Ambiguous results are reconciled before any repeated action.
Service characteristics
Proxy IPs, locations, ASN/ISP availability, exit addresses, and destination reachability can change with network conditions. A specific IP is not guaranteed permanently, and DomainROC cannot guarantee that a third-party site will accept proxy traffic.
