Rules for VPS cloud server money-back guarantee, non-refundable successful domain registrations, failed order refunds, and USDT crypto payment refunds.
VPS Cloud Server Refund Rules
7-Day Refund Guarantee: First-time VPS server purchases are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not meet expectations and no AUP violations occurred.
Ineligible Cases: IP blockages due to user activities, server suspension triggered by AUP violations, bandwidth usage exceeding 50%, or requests made past the 7-day period.
Domain Registration Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Upon Success: Domain registrations are immediately submitted to ICANN and registries upon payment. Once successfully registered, orders cannot be deleted, cancelled, or refunded.
Users must verify spelling, TLD extension, duration, pricing, and compliance requirements before submitting orders.
Failed Order Handling & USDT Refunds
Failed Order Refund: If a domain registration fails due to registry restrictions, price shifts, or qualification checks, 100% of the funds will be refunded to your account balance.
USDT On-Chain Refunds: Refunds are calculated based on USDT face value. Blockchain network transfer gas fees for on-chain refunds are borne by the recipient or deducted from the refund total.
